How do I get all my friends and family to my destination wedding?
Francine's Travel has been operating since 1999 and specializing in getting you there. Our vast network of partnerships and our brand recognition gives us the ability to negotiate on your behalf and ensure that you get the best possible rate for everyone's flights and accommodation.
How far in advance should I book my destination wedding?
We recommend 9 to 15 months in advance. Especially to secure the best rates. Doesn't mean you can't do it in a shorter time frame. After all, we have done it before.
How do we take our outfits and prepare our hair and make up for our destination wedding?
Traveling with a wedding dress or dresses is a very easy process. We recommend putting it on a garment bag and bringing it with you on the airplane. Airlines have special coat check closets in their airplanes. Our wedding experts can help you finding the right person for your hair and make up. Plenty of resorts also have their own salon as well. Some places can even accommodate the entire wedding party.
Are destination weddings cheaper than traditional, at-home weddings?
There are plenty of things you end up saving on by having a destination wedding. Guests can pay for flight and accommodation. Beautiful and exotic location don't need to be heavily, decorated, the locations tend to speak for themselves. There's no need to book an expensive reception space as that is usually included in the resort rates. Bundling the whole wedding process allows for plenty of cost savings from your end.
